Registration rates
All amounts are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST 15%).

Student Registration Rates
Note: Attendees must be currently enrolled full-time in a degree- or diploma- granting programme to be eligible. Proof of student status will be requested.
Payment Information
Full payment is required 14 days following the original invoice date or before the conference opening date, whichever date is earlier. Payments are collected by Twelve Conferences + Events on behalf of the National Library of New Zealand as the host of iPRES.
Credit/Debit Card Payment: We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Credit or debit card payments are processed via our secure gateway. A surcharge is applicable on all credit/debit transactions – 3% domestic (NZ) cards; 3.75% international cards. Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as a transaction with 'Twelve Conferences + Events'.
Direct Credit: Payment by direct credit is accepted. If you require Twelve Conferences + Events to be set up as a new supplier/vendor in your finance systems, please email us.
International Payments: If opting to pay by international direct credit, all fees must be paid by the participant. This includes fees to send and receive funds. The conference will not be responsible for any fees incurred by international payments.
Refunds, Substitutions and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify the conference organisers by email. Cancellations received up to and including 4 September 2025 (60 days) will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$100 + GST. Cancellations received up to and including 4 October 2025 (30 days) will receive a 50% refund less a cancellation fee of NZD $100 + GST. Cancellations made from 5 October 2025 are non-refundable or at the discretion of the iPRES Local Organising Committee. Registration may be transferred to another person, any applicable fee difference may apply. Please notify the conference organisers by email of the replacement attendee's name and contact details.
